Bio
Jan-Erik Nordtvedt has more than 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, most of it connected with technology and technology company management, product commercialization and consulting. After beginning his career with Statoil, Jan-Erik has gained experience in academia (professor at the University of Bergen and Texas A&M University), research institutions (research adviser to Christian Michelsen Research and research director at the Rogaland Research Institute) and service companies (technical director at Petec Software & Services and manager integrated reservoir and production at Roxar). Since 2000, Jan-Erik has been involved in integrated operations, in particular in a series of projects assessing the opportunities within integrated operations for operators.
Knut Kvalheim
Chief Financial Officer
Bio
Knut Kvalheim joined Epsis from Scanarmatur (Technor ASA), where he was Chief Executive Officer. Knut has previously held positions as Chief Financial Officer for Fluenta (Roxar) and Altinex, as well as various management positions at ABB and Kvaerner. Knut holds a degree in economics and business administration from Rogaland Regional College.
Henrik Wigers Larsen

Henrik Wigers Larsen joined Epsis in 2007 and holds a BEng (Hons) degree from Heriot- Watt University in Chemical Engineering with Resource Engineering. Henrik has during the last 9 years been involved in work process- and application development projects in various industries. Within the oil and gas industry he has been involved in several Integrated Operation specific studies and acted as implementation project manager for operators on the NCS. His main area of interest is the relationship between the execution of work processes and the tools needed to realize the process requirements.
Ådne Tveit

Bio
Although carrying a CIS Engineering degree from Ohio State University (1984), Ådne's entire career has been devoted to sales and management. The first 12 years, he spent with IBM, BMC Software and Oracle, in Bergen, Oslo and Copenhagen. Thereafter, he moved to the consulting part of the industry, where he did an MBO from his employer in 2002. That formed Bergen-based Ulriken Consulting, where he was CEO and owner. After selling majority of the company to Umoe in 2006, he was ready for the next step, and left a high-skilled group of 67 consultants now named Umoe Conculting, with operation in Bergen, Oslo and Stavanger. The last four years before joining Epsis in 2011, he was COO and responsible for the mobile service provider Comcom's operation in Asia.
