Petrolia is monitoring partner drilling operations in North Africa from Norway using Epsis’ collaboration technology
Petrolia has a high focus on monitoring of operations and collaboration between contributors to ensure safe and high quality operations. As a part of that effort, Petrolia has implemented Epsis’ TeamBox solution in an operation in the fall 2011.
From Petrolia’s offices in Bergen, the company’s drilling experts can communicate with the drilling rig when needed and obtain documentation on how critical situations are being handled. The system improves the possibility of being proactive and – by implementing the same system for various operations – being able to use the company’s expertise in the best possible way.
