A number of challenges exist to successfully implement collaborative environments in an organization. It is a key that the technology is easy to use. Also, one need to secure rapid access to the right information and the ability to quickly share such information with team members regardless of their geographical location.
ERA Connect is a software system dedicated to facilitate workflows and real time decision-making in collaborative environments. The system takes a simple approach to workflow management that can be used by any member in a team.
Once easily defined in ERA Connect, the workflows can be executed time after time. This will secure standardization and repeatability across the organization, although the system will also allow for local adjustments and ad-hoc problem solving.
ERA Connect contains built-in functionality for remote collaboration allowing for virtual meetings and sharing of Workspaces with remotely located participants.
ERA Connect runs on all screen types and sizes, from large screens in collaboration rooms to lap tops. The system also contains easy-to-use functionality to manage the screens and organize the layout of your pixel space.

Tailormade software with endless possibilities
ERA Connect allows you to create predefined meetings and workflows. Documents and applications are composed in templates that reflect the display layout you want to use. Once created, meetings can be executed by the push of a button, time after time.
Display layouts are created by simple drag and drop operations with the mouse, independent of any borders between the physical screens. From the collaboration menu you can invite remotely located participants to meetings and share screen content, inside or across firewalls.
For participants that do not have ERA Connect installed on their PC, the meeting invitation will contain a link to a free, downloadable version of the software.
With ERA Connect installed on a PC, all windows will appear with ERA Connect control icons on the title bar. The grab icon allows you to move and snap windows to different areas on the screen. The traffic light shows the sharing status for each window during a collaborative session. Sharing status can be changed separately for each window for each participant.
